Forgot Password
First Login Instruction
- Use your member number as username to login (no zero at the beginning). Spouses need to add a -1 after the member number (i.e. 123-1).
- Type in your New Temporary Password, which is your last name in lowercase, as noted in the example below (no spaces).
Example: John Doe, Member Number: 123
Username: 123
Password: doe
Once you login, please update your password by following the on-screen instructions.
